Getting shreded!!!

Hi everyone this is my first post I hope you like it :).TO HELP YOU BOOST YOUR METABOLISM AND BURN FAT FASTER!!!I know everyone wants a quick workout that is gonna make you lean without spending hours at the gym,ok,it's  fast however it's NOT easy,you need to sweat!!!First thing to do:amp up your intensity to increase your EPOC(excess postexercise oxygen consumption) that represents the energy required to recover from exercise.This is how it works:when exercise ends,it takes time and energy for muscles cells to return to resting levels,depleted glucose(carbs) and fat stores need to be refilled,accumulated cell products need to be removed and protein levels need to be builtback up,and the more rebuilding to be done the greater the rate of EPOC which means more calories are being burned after workout using fatty tissue as fuel.
The primary factor is intensity and duration,the longer your exercise on a high intesity the more calories you gonna burn,When you weight-train or cardio train in the similar intesity the cal.burn is about the same.
The primary fuel source for lower intensity aerobic exercise is fat,that doesn't mean you should walk on the park and think you are burning tons of calories,you are not!YOU NEED TO INCREASE INTENSITY ,the higher the exercise intensity,the greater amount of carbs your muscles are  using as fuel and a tremendous amount of fat is being breakdown,that fat is gonna be used as fuel to recover.EPOC  depends on fat and lactid acid as fuel,the recovery from EPOC is almost aerobic a terrific oxidizer of FAT.Train hard,time your training,prepare your workouts before get to the gym,write on a paper,get a heart rate monitor,and go for it!
